Welcome to M2Y Global Academy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the M2Y Global Academy website, course purchases, learner registration, training programmes and related educational services.

By using our website, registering for a course, or purchasing a course through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About M2Y Global Academy

M2Y Global Academy provides professional education and training programmes, including health and safety, occupational safety, environmental and other professional development courses.

Courses may be delivered through Virtual Training, face-to-face training, e-learning or other applicable learning methods depending on the course.

Specific course requirements may vary according to the course and, where applicable, the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation.

2. Course Registration

When registering for a course, learners must provide accurate and complete information.

This may include:

Full legal name
Date of birth
Nationality
Contact details
Address
Educational qualifications
Professional experience
Identification documents
Other information required for course or qualification registration

For applicable NEBOSH registration, learners are required to provide the identification documents requested for registration. M2Y’s registration agreement also provides for identity verification, including online verification where applicable.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to M2Y Global Academy is accurate.

3. Course Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to the applicable registration requirements and successful completion of the required payment or registration process.

Purchasing a course does not by itself guarantee the award of an external qualification.

Where an awarding organisation is involved, learners must satisfy the applicable registration, assessment, examination and certification requirements.

4. Course Fees and Payments

The course price displayed on the website represents the applicable amount for the selected course at the time of purchase.

Payments must be made only through the official payment methods or authorised accounts of M2Y Global Academy.

M2Y Global Academy does not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorised individuals, agents, third parties or accounts.

Our registration agreement specifically states that learners should make payments only to authorised M2Y accounts and that M2Y is not responsible for payments made to other persons or third parties.

5. No Pass Guarantee

M2Y Global Academy does not provide a guarantee of passing any examination or qualification.

Learners are required to complete the applicable training, learning activities, assessments and examination requirements.

M2Y’s existing learner agreement expressly states that the Academy does not promote unethical practices or provide a pass guarantee.

6. Virtual Training

Where a course is advertised as Virtual Training, the training will be delivered through the applicable online platform or communication method.

Learners are responsible for having:

A suitable device
Reliable internet access
A valid email address
Required software or applications
A suitable environment for attending training

7. Learner Login and Course Access

Where login credentials or an online learning account are provided, the account is intended for the registered learner.

Learners must:

Keep their login credentials confidential.
Not share their account with another person.
Not sell or transfer course access.
Notify M2Y if they believe their account has been compromised.

Unauthorised sharing or misuse of course access may result in restriction or termination of access.

8. Attendance and Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to attend scheduled training sessions, whether face-to-face or virtual, and to participate appropriately.

Learners are also responsible for completing the required learning activities, mock tests, formative assessments and other course requirements applicable to their programme.

For applicable NEBOSH programmes, M2Y’s learner agreement requires regular attendance and completion of the prescribed learning and assessment activities.

9. Study Materials and Assessments

M2Y Global Academy provides course materials and learning activities according to the applicable course programme.

For the M2Y NEBOSH programme, the course programme links individual course elements with study materials and assessments. The programme includes formative, summative and practical assessment activities.

Learners must complete the applicable learning and assessment requirements.

10. Examinations and Results

Where an external awarding organisation conducts or controls assessment, examination marking, evaluation and results, the relevant awarding organisation’s procedures apply.

For NEBOSH programmes, M2Y Global Academy provides training and registration support, while assessment and result decisions are subject to the applicable NEBOSH processes. This distinction is also stated in M2Y’s learner registration agreement.

11. Malpractice and Academic Integrity

Learners must complete assessments honestly and in accordance with the applicable assessment requirements.

Examples of malpractice may include:

Plagiarism
Copying
Collusion
Submission of false information
Unauthorised use of assessment materials
Unauthorised assistance
Fraudulent claims for certificates
Other actions that compromise assessment integrity

M2Y’s Malpractice & Maladministration Policy specifically identifies these types of conduct.

12. Artificial Intelligence in Assessments

Learners must follow the specific assessment instructions concerning Artificial Intelligence.

Where AI use is not permitted, unauthorised use may be treated as malpractice.

M2Y’s policy identifies examples including submitting AI-generated content, using AI to complete assessment work and using AI to rewrite qualification assessments where such use is not permitted.

13. Intellectual Property

Course materials, training content, videos, documents, presentations, images, website content, logos and other materials provided by M2Y Global Academy are intended for the authorised educational use of the learner.

Unless permission is provided, learners must not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit such materials.

14. Learner Conduct

Learners must behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, other learners and relevant representatives.

M2Y Global Academy may take appropriate action where a learner engages in misconduct, malpractice, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour or other conduct that breaches applicable policies.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the M2Y Global Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where an awarding organisation is involved, applicable awarding organisation refund requirements may also apply.

Learners should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a course.

16. Complaints and Appeals

Learners who have a complaint or wish to appeal a decision should follow the applicable M2Y Global Academy complaint and appeal procedure.

The M2Y learner agreement specifically directs learners to the Academy’s student complaint/appeal policy for complaints and appeals.

17. Third-Party Examination Support

M2Y Global Academy does not encourage or support unauthorised third-party examination assistance.

Learners must follow the applicable awarding organisation’s examination and assessment requirements.

M2Y’s learner agreement specifically addresses the prohibition of third-party examination support and associated malpractice concerns.

18. Website Use

Users must not use the M2Y Global Academy website for unlawful activities, unauthorised access, malicious activities or activities that interfere with the operation of the website.

M2Y Global Academy reserves the right to restrict access where these Terms & Conditions are violated.

19. Changes to These Terms

M2Y Global Academy may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to its services, policies, course arrangements or applicable requirements.
