Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course
Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Training focuses on delivering students with a comprehensive understanding of both the complementary disciplines of Lean and Six Sigma. It covers tools and ways useful to improve the product process, reduce waste and minimize defects in the end product with a lesser focus on the practical implementation of these tools and ways in the association. The participants will be able to use the knowledge gained in this course to lead various critical projects in their respective associations.

This course aims to,
