  • Examination or registration information

The exact process may vary depending on the course.

3. Learner Registration

Learners may be required to complete the applicable registration form and provide information required for enrolment.

For NEBOSH registration, M2Y’s registration form requires information including the learner’s name, identification details, contact information, address, educational qualification and relevant experience.

Learners must provide accurate information.

4. Identity Verification

For applicable qualifications, learners may be required to complete identity verification.

For NEBOSH registration, M2Y’s learner agreement states that online ID verification may be completed through Zoom where the learner does not directly visit the relevant M2Y office. Learners may also be required to submit the identification documents recommended for registration.

5. Virtual Training

For courses delivered through Virtual Training, learners will receive relevant access information through the registered contact details.

Learners are responsible for having:

  • A suitable computer, tablet or smartphone
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Valid email address
  • Required software or applications
  • Suitable audio/video facilities where required

6. Training Schedule

Training dates and timings will be communicated to registered learners.

M2Y Global Academy may make reasonable changes to training schedules, trainers or delivery arrangements when required.

Where a significant change affects a learner, M2Y will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated arrangement.

7. Attendance

Learners are expected to attend scheduled training sessions regularly and on time.

This applies to both:

  • Face-to-face training
  • Virtual Training

For applicable NEBOSH programmes, M2Y’s learner agreement specifically requires learners to attend training sessions and maintain appropriate conduct during training.

8. Study Materials

Depending on the course, M2Y Global Academy may provide:

  • Course handbooks
  • Study materials
  • Digital learning resources
  • Supplementary reading
  • Videos
  • Online resources
  • Case studies
  • Learning guides
  • Assessment resources

For the NEBOSH programme, M2Y’s documented course programme links individual course elements with relevant study materials and assessments.

9. E-Learning

Where e-learning is included in a course, learners are expected to complete the required learning activities.

For the applicable NEBOSH programme, M2Y’s learner agreement requires completion of the prescribed studies, quizzes, assessments, mock tests and formative assessment exercises before the final examination.

The existing agreement states that the e-learning period is 12 months and may be extended upon request.

10. Assessments and Mock Tests

Learners may be required to complete formative assessments, mock tests, practical activities and other learning assessments according to the applicable course.

The M2Y NEBOSH programme documentation describes:

  • Formative assessments
  • Summative assessments
  • Practical assessments

These activities are linked to the course learning materials and programme elements.

11. Completion Requirements

Learners are responsible for completing the required learning activities, recommended learning hours, assessments and mock tests applicable to their programme.

For applicable NEBOSH programmes, failure to meet required attendance or learning and assessment requirements may result in appropriate action, including deregistration in accordance with the applicable requirements.

12. Login Credentials

Where an online learning account is provided, learners may receive a:

Login ID / Username
Password

Learners must keep these credentials confidential.

Learners must not share their course account with another person.

If login details are lost or compromised, the learner should contact M2Y Global Academy.

13. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials supplied to learners are intended for their educational use.

Learners must not:

  • Sell course materials
  • Distribute materials to third parties
  • Upload protected materials to public platforms
  • Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
  • Share paid learning resources without authorisation

14. Examination and Assessment

Where an external awarding organisation is involved, learners must follow its applicable assessment and examination requirements.

M2Y Global Academy provides training and registration support but does not guarantee an examination result.

The learner registration agreement confirms that assessment/examination marking, evaluation and result declaration are subject to the applicable NEBOSH process.

15. Malpractice and Academic Integrity

Learners must submit their own work and comply with the applicable assessment rules.

M2Y Global Academy’s Malpractice & Maladministration Policy identifies activities including plagiarism, copying, collusion, unauthorised assistance, submission of false information and unauthorised handling of assessment materials as examples of malpractice.

16. Artificial Intelligence

Where assessment instructions prohibit or restrict the use of Artificial Intelligence, learners must follow those requirements.

M2Y’s Malpractice Policy states that unauthorised AI use may be treated as potential malpractice and provides examples of prohibited AI use in applicable assessments.

Learners are responsible for checking the specific assessment instructions applicable to their qualification.

17. Course Completion and Certification

Completion of M2Y training does not automatically guarantee an external qualification or certificate.

Where an awarding organisation is involved, certification depends on satisfying the applicable registration, assessment, examination and certification requirements.

However, learners are responsible for their own:
